About the Artist
Susan Shaw is a Texas jewelry designer who founded her namesake collection in 1979. Inspired by her Southern surroundings, Texas roots, and world travels, she began selling her original designs at craft fairs and markets, growing her creative passion into a nationally recognized jewelry brand.
Her collections draw inspiration from art, architecture, nature, and antique treasures. Signature designs include vintage-inspired coins, crosses, bees, florals, and equestrian motifs, alongside freshwater pearls and semiprecious stones.
Each Susan Shaw piece is handcrafted by a small team of artisans in San Antonio, Texas, with finishes triple-plated in 24K gold or sterling silver. Susan continues to design new collections and oversee production, creating distinctive jewelry intended to be enjoyed every day.
