About the Artist
Sharon Vogt is a Fairhope artist and author whose creativity finds expression in jewelry, pottery, and writing. With a degree in interior design, she enjoyed a career as an interior designer and business owner in Metairie, Louisiana, before devoting more time to her artistic pursuits.
Her creative interests include distinctive jewelry designs, hand-built pottery, stained glass, and abstract art. Her love of storytelling has also led to published books, including her debut novel, Tracks from Nowhere, and The Grand Dame of Fairhope: A Memoir of Sorts, which tells the story of local restaurateur Tamara Wintzell.
Whether working with clay, designing jewelry, or writing, Sharon brings a lifelong love of creativity to her work.
