1.  Do you sell only original artwork?

The majority of what we sell is original artwork. We do offer some prints of Fairhope by Christine Linson.

2.  Can I purchase artwork online?

If you see something you want to purchase please call us at 251-929-2015. You can purchase it over the phone.

3.  Do you ship artwork?

We ship weekly via FedEx. 

4.  Can you help me choose art for my home?

Absolutely. If you are local our curator can come to your home. If you are not local please send a photo of your room/wall, dimensions, approximate size desired. and what you are drawn to.

5.  Can I see how a painting might look in my room?

If you are local we can hang the photo for you before making a decision to purchase. 

6.  Do you offer local delivery or installation?

Yes.

7.  Do you accept commissioned artwork?

Commissions may be available through select artists and customers should contact the gallery to discuss possibilities. 

8.  Can you help me find work by a particular artist?

Yes. Only a portion of our available art is online. 

9.  Does the website show everything currently available in the gallery?

No. Inventory changes too frequently to keep up. You may call, inquire or visit to see more inventory. 

10. Do you work with interior designers?

Yes. We love our designers. 

11.  Do you offer gift cards?

Yes.

12.  Do you accept new artists into your gallery?

You may apply to be part of the Gallery by the Bay family in January. Email us at FairhopeGallerybytheBay@gmail.com. Include 6-8 photos of your best work. We do not accept inquiries for representation in person. 

13.  What are your hours and where are you located?

386 Fairhope Avenue, Fairhope, Alabama.

Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM.

14.  Where should I park when visiting the gallery?

We offer free street parking and free garage parking off Section or Church Street.

15.  I’m new to buying original art. Can you help me?

Absolutely. You don’t need to know anything about art to know what you love. Our staff can help with size, style, placement, artists, and budget without making someone feel intimidated.
